Abbie Cornwallish, an Australian actress born August 1982, is a star in numerous films parts. Cornish was best-known for her performances in films including Heidi, Fanny Brawne and Sweet Pea (in Sucker Punch), Lindy and RoboCop (2011) and Sarah as well as Geostorm (2017). Cornish was awarded her first Screen Actors Guild Award with her last film. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Her father was Jack Gilpin star of such films as Adventureland (2009) as well as her mother is Ann McDonough of The Mothman Prophecies (2002) and other films. The love and support of her parents made the decision to pursue acting a natural choice for the younger Betty Gilpin. Fordham College was her first option when she was ready to go to college. The college was where she refined her acting skills. Gilpin auditioned and began performing Off-Broadway in plays after graduating. The role she got was NBC's Law & Order: Criminal Intent between 2001 and 2011, then smaller part of Ghost Town (2008), and The Northern Kingdom (2009). Gilpin kept landing mostly TV guest roles in the subsequent years until she received her first break in 2013, with the role of Nurse Jackie. The character of Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin appeared on 34 episodes of the series until Nurse Jackie was cancelled in June 2015. Gilpin appeared the same year on True Story, a mystery thriller.
